Delivery Details

Orders are processed within 24 hours from ordering. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 days although please note 5-7 days delivery may apply depending on demand and time of ordering. All orders require signature upon delivery.  Please be sure that there will be someone at the shipping address at all times throughout the day, otherwise packages will be redirected to Australia Post.  Please note: blinc Cosmetics does not take any responsibility what so ever for stolen or damaged parcels after they have arrived at the shipping address when using Australia Post. A flat delivery fee of $7* applies.

Returns Policy

Any unopened/unused product may be returned with proof of purchase for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Should the purchase product be deemed defective, it will be replaced. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending back product to blinc. blinc Cosmetics will pay shipping costs when sending product back to customer.

1 Protecting Your Privacy

1.1 blinc cosmetics ("we" or "us") are committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service. This includes protecting your privacy.

1.2 blinc cosmetics is bound by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act and this Statement sets out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information in relation to blinc cosmetics other activities.

1.3 Set out below is information that the Privacy Act requires blinc cosmetics to communicate to all users of the Web Site. We recommend that you keep this information for future reference.

2 All direct to public orders incur an AUD$7.00 charge. For all trades orders an AUD$15 delivery charge will apply.

3.1 We may hold a variety of personal information about you, which may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, driver's licence number, details about your access rights to content on the Web Sites, and certain details about your personal interests.

4.1 blinc cosmetics collects personal information about you in a number of ways, including:

5 How we collect personal information from the Web Sites

5.1 We may accumulate information provided by you for the purpose of purchasing on-line.

5.2 We may accumulate information provided by you via email, phone, written or verbal communication.

5.3 We may accumulate information provided by you at exhibitions, from business to business dealings, business cards, bar code swipers and/or third party affiliates.

6.1 We may issue you with various usernames or passwords to allow you to access some of the content and information on the Web Sites.

7.3 All emails sent by us which offer marketing or commercial material will contain accurate information regarding the message's originator and will contain a functional unsubscribe facility to allow you to opt-out of receiving messages from us in the future.

10.1 You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons - see part 13 ("How to contact us") below.

10.2 We each reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.

11 Children's privacy

11.1 Children's privacy is very important to us. We ask that children under 18 years of age obtain a parent or guardian's consent before accessing or using the Web Sites, or before acquiring any products or services via the Web Sites.

11.2 While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that children's privacy and other rights are not compromised, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents to monitor their children's Internet usage.

12.1 From time to time, we may need to change this Privacy Statement to reflect our changing business practices.
